Richard Gagnon back in Horry County for new trial

Richard Gagnon has been extradited back to Horry County to face a new trial for murder charges.

Gagnon was serving two life sentences for the murders of Charles and Diane Parker, who were found dead in their Horry County home in 2005.

Gagnon was dating the Parker's daughter, Bambi Bennett, at the time.

In January, Judge Steven John granted Gagnon a new trial after new evidence was presented at recent hearings 

Gagnon faces a bond hearing at 2p.m. tomorrow.
