A weak upper level disturbance will move off of the coast later this morning and more sunshine will return to the area later area today. Look for a few showers early with a mix of sun and clouds this afternoon. A few clouds will remain around overnight but temps will only fall to around 60°. High pressure will be moving off of the Southeast that will bring in a much warmer Southerly flow. Temps will return to unseasonably warm levels with highs hitting the 80s area wide to end the week. Thursday into Friday a cold front will get hung up just to our North. This will bring in the slight chance for a few showers/storms Friday, but most locations will stay dry.Today:Morning Clouds and showers will give way to a mix of sun and clouds. Highs- Grand Strand: Around 70°, Inland: Low/Mid 70s.
Tonight: Partly cloudy and mild. Lows: Around 60°
Thursday: Mostly to Partly sunny and much warmer. Highs- Grand Strand: Around 80°, Inland Mid 80s.
