A cold front will push through the area tonight. Ahead of the front, soaking rain will remain around. Periods of heavy rain will be possible at times and it will be warm and windy. The front will linger just South of the area tomorrow keeping most of the rain just to our South. An area of low pressure along the Gulf Coast will push North during the late afternoon Tuesday and move into the Carolinas into Wednesday. Rain will overspread the area once again overnight and soak the area into Wednesday afternoon. Over the next 3 days rainfall totals will range from 1-3 inches. Temps will top out in the upper 50s/low 60s.As the low retreats, dry weather returns through Friday. Another cold front pushes through Friday late. This front will come through dry but will have a shot of colder air behind it. Temps will remain closer to the low 50s for the weekend with plenty of sunshine.
