The area of low pressure that brought the rain Thursday has moved on and the rain has as well. It will leave behind morning clouds that will break a little this afternoon. It will be a windy day with sustained winds between 15 and 25 mph with gusts around 30mph possible. Temps will still reach the low 60s. A weak cold front will also swing on through later today with a few clouds and even a stray shower, but most locations will stay dry.
High pressure will return for the weekend bringing plenty of sunshine and seasonable conditions. High temps will hit the mid/upper 50s. More clouds will come in late Sunday as our next rain maker approaches. The first half of next week will remain unsettled as a series of disturbances will keep rain chances around.
