High pressure will remain in control of our area today bringing plenty of sunshine and unseasonably warm conditions along with it. High temps will hit the mid 60s this afternoon. An area of low pressure will approach the Southeast tomorrow, increasing the clouds during the morning and rain chances in the afternoon. Our best chance for rain will come in late in the day and last overnight into early Friday.
