FLORENCE COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) - Two people have been shot at an apartment on Brittany Drive in Florence around 8:45 p.m. Sunday.
One person was shot outside the apartment and the other inside, according to Capt. Michael Nunn with the Florence County Sheriff's Office.
Luther Sherrod Lisbon died, according to Florence County Coroner Keith Von Lutcken. He was 31-years-old. The second victim is at a hospital in serious condition and needs surgery.
Two or three suspects are believed to be involved in the shooting.
Deputies and dog tracking teams are searching several communities surrounding the apartment complex in effort to track down the suspects, including South Cashua Drive and West Palmetto Street.
