Myrtle Beach Police arrested a man after they say he tried to run someone over with his car.
They charged Kostandin Xhani, 19, with attempted murder.
Police say he tried to run someone over with his car early Friday morning after he was thrown out of a bar on Grissom Parkway.
They say the victim was able to avoid being hit by jumping on the hood of the car.
Other witnesses say he was close to hitting them as well.
