Hags Thoughts

Carvers Bay is a sleeping giant.  After the school's first losing season (5-6) in 2011, Nate Thompson's Bears are poised to bounce back.  NG/OL Division I prospect Naquez Pringle will be a beast on both sides of the ball.  Devin Cuttino and Hikeem Hampton will be part of a three-headed monster in the backfield along with expierienced QB Da'Shawn Aiken.  An angry bunch of Bears should be able to get back to their winning ways in 2012.

Rich's Thoughts

l agree with Coach T that this is a two year effort to get back to Carvers Bay high standard in the 1A ranks.  I'd be surprised if Carvers Bay didn't have a winning season in 2012.  I'm also happy to see Naquez Pringle getting Division I looks early in the process (he's a rising junior).  A lot of big schools were late to the party during the days of Robert Geathers, Junior (now with the Bengals) and his brothers.
