College Football: Bulldogs blank Coastal 59-0

An angry Georgia Bulldogs football team routed the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers 59-0 on Saturday in Athens, Georgia. It was Georgia's first win following losses to Boise State and South Carolina to open the season. Coastal Carolina suffered their first loss after falling behind 35-0 at halftime.
Georgia quarterback Aaron Murray threw for 188 yards and three scores with no interceptions. Back-up QB Hutson Mason threw for another Bulldogs score. Freshman Isaiah Crowell had 16 rushes for 86 yards and a TD.
Coastal Carolina was held to just 112 total yards of offense and seven first downs. Josh Norman led the Coastal defense with nine tackles. This was the Chanticleers first loss. CCU returns to action next Saturday, September 24 at North Carolina A&T. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m.
