Multiple media outlets have confirmed that the Carmelo Anthony saga has come to an end.  Anthony has been traded from the Denver Nuggets to the New York Knicks as part of a monster deal that includes Latta native and two time WPDE Mister Hoop Zone Raymond Felton.  The ESPN.com article has all the details on the deal.

Newark Star Ledger on Felton trade rumors 

NewsChannel 15's Mark Haggard spoke with Felton on Saturday night at Mullins High School.  Felton spent the NBA All-Star break at his Charlotte home and came to watch the Auctioneers 2nd round playoff victory.  Felton preferred to stay in New York, but knew the reality of the trade rumors.

"I'm still going to have a job.  I'm still playing basketball in the NBA," Felton said when asked about the possibility of being traded.   "That's a wonderful life and it's a wonderful career.  I don't care."
