The three day MLB Amateur Draft came to a close on Wednesday. In all, three local high school players were selected to go along with seven Clemson Tigers, five South Carolina Gamecocks and two Coastal Carolina Chanticleers. In addition, a player from Florence Darlington Tech and a former Andrews Yellowjacket now at Newberry were drafted.
