Lake View quarterback Chris Ford won an HTC Game Ball for his performance in the Wild Gators 49-26 win over Green Sea-Floyds in week nine.

Ford was 3 of 4 for 68 yards and a TD pass through the air and had five carries for 68 yards and another TD. For the season, Ford has thrown for 1009 yards with 15 TD passes and just four interceptions.
Later in the weekend, Ford committed to play college baseball for the College of Charleston. Ford, a centerfielder, is also a MLB Draft prospect out of high school.
The Wild Gators are 6-3 and wrap up the regular season at Latta. Coach Darryl King's team will be in the Class 1A Division II playoffs. They reached the state championship game last year.
