Hartsville is one of five area teams playing for state championships.
Five area baseball and softball teams will play in best of three state championship series beginning on Monday. Here is the upcoming schedule:
BASEBALL
Class 1A Championship: Lamar at St. Joseph's - game one 6pm Monday, game two on Wednesday at Lamar 6pm
SOFTBALL
Class 4A Championship: Carolina Forest at Hillcrest - game one 6:30pm Monday, game two on Wednesday at Carolina Forest 6:30pm
Class 3A Championship: Daniel at Hartsville - game one 6pm Monday, game two at Daniel on Wedesday 6pm
Class 2A Championship: Palmetto at Dillon - game one 6pm Monday, game two at Palmetto on Wednesday 6pm
Class 1A Championship: Latta at Chesterfield - game one 6pm Monday, game two at Latta on Wednesday 6pm
