With 8,461 fans watching in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the 3rd ranked South Carolina Gamecocks defeated the 13th ranked Arkansas Razorbacks 10-7. The Gamecocks won the series two games to one. St. James High product Tanner English drove in three runs. He was 2-for-3 at the plate. South Carolina improves to an overall record of 36-12, 16-8 in the SEC.

The Clemson Tigers clobbered the College of Charleston 12-3 with 4,382 fans watching at Doug Kingsmore Stadium in Clemson, South Carolina. The Tigers pounded out 13 hits. Thomas Brittle and Richie Schaffer paced Clemson with three hits each. Brittle scored twice and drove in a pair of runs. Clemson improves to 23-0 in head-to-head meetings with the College of Charleston.

The Campbell Camels beat the 24th ranked Coastal Carolina Chanticleers 2-1 to salvage one out of three in the weekend series at Watson Stadium in Conway, South Carolina. CCU's eight game win streak was snapped. The Chants fall to an overall record of 32-14, 14-4 in the Big South Conference.
