The South Carolina Gamecocks clobbered the Alabama Crimson Tide 9-1 on Saturday before a sellout crowd of 8,242 at Carolina Stadium in Columbia. LB Dantzler, Joey Pankake and Evan Marzilli each drove in two runs for the Gamecocks. Tanner English from St. James High in Murrells Inlet, had one steal and two runs scored. Pitcher Hunter Privette, who attended Hartsville High, tossed 1.2 innings of no-hit ball with two strikeouts. The Gamecocks have now won 11 straight SEC games. South Carolina's overall record is 33-11, 14-7 in conference play.

The Clemson Tigers beat the Georgia Tech Yellowjackets 13-7 on Saturday with 1,947 watching at Russ Chandler Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday. Spencer Kieboom had a career-high five RBI's which included a grand slam. Clemson's overall record is now 25-19, 13-10 in the ACC.

The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers beat the Liberty Flames 7-1 on Saturday in Lynchburg, Virginia. Dan Bowman and Alex Buccilli each drove in three runs to lead CCU. Coastal's overall record improved to 30-13 overall, 12-3 in the Big South Conference.
