SC Warriors finished the ABA season with a record of 29-2.

The Jacksonville Giants won the ABA Championship with a 100-91 victory over the South Carolina Warriors on Sunday in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Giants won the best-of-three series two games to none.

The Warriors, who are based out of Carolina Forest, won their first 29 games of the season. In game two of the championship series, they were led by Marquise Gainous with 28 points and Tony White, Jr. with 23. But Jacksonville pulled ahead in the fourth quarter on the way to a nine point victory to win the semi-pro basketball title.

Jason Warren, Co-owner of the Warriors said, "I'm very proud of our team and our first season."
