Gamecocks and Tigers move up in latest polls

The Clemson Tigers (9-1) are now ranked 7th in the Associated Press poll that was released on Sunday, November 13. Clemson is 8th in the Coaches' poll following a 31-28 victory over Wake Forest. Clemson is now 7th in the Bowl Championship Series standings, up two spots from last week. 

The South Carolina Gamecocks are now ranked 14th in both the AP and Coaches' polls after beating the Florida Gators 17-12 on Saturday. The Gamecocks (8-2) are now 12th in the BCS, up one spot from last week.

LSU is still number one in the BCS followed by Oklahoma State, Alabama, Oregon and Oklahoma. The BCS formula combines one-third points each from the Harris Poll, the Coaches' Poll and from six computer rankings.
