The 8th ranked Clemson Tigers rolled up 450 offensive yards on the way to a 59-38 victory over ACC rival North Carolina. Tajh Boyd tied a Clemson record with five touchdown passes. Boyd completed 27 of 46 passes for 367 yards and also ran for a TD.

On defense, Kourtnei Brown scored two touchdowns for the Tigers, one on an interception, another on a fumble. Former WPDE End Zone star Jonathan "Tig" Willard out of Loris High made seven tackles for Clemson. Malliciah Goodman from West Florence High had two tackles, and Lake View native Quandon Christian had one stop.

Clemson is now 8-0, 5-0 in the ACC. The Tigers will travel to Atlanta next weekend to face the 20th ranked Georgia Tech Yellowjackets. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m.
