Myrtle Beach High defensive end Tyler Knox has made a verbal commitment to play for the N.C. State Wolfpack. The 6' 5" 225 pound senior made the announcement following the Seahawks 42-0 victory over Georgetown on Friday night.
Knox turned down offers from South Carolina, Miami and Oklahoma State among the nearly two dozen he had to choose from. Through the first eight games for Myrtle Beach High, Knox had 56 tackles, 16 for loss including 4.5 sacks.
