Coastal Carolina defeated North Carolina A&T 31-14 on Saturday in Greensboro. The Chants got out to a 17-0 lead on an Aramis Hillary TD pass to Matt Hazel and Cheraw native Travis Small scored his first collegiate touchdown. CCU improves to a record of 3-1.

Hillary threw three touchdown passes on the day, two of them to Hazel. The other TD toss went to running back Marcus Whitener. The CCU defense held the Aggies to under 200 yards of total offense.

Coastal is off next week. The Chanticleers return to action on Saturday, October 8 at home against VMI at 7 p.m.
