Hags Thoughts

I really like the skill players on offense at Waccamaw. But do the Warriors have enough muscle up front once they get into their tough region schedule? They do have a pair of class 3A teams on their non-region schedule. I'll be looking to see how they perform against St. James and Georgetown before passing judgement.

Rich's Thoughts

Jalen Simmons did a lot of good things as a true freshman. It will be fun to watch him develop over the next three years. I enjoyed talking to Brian Asbaty at Zone Media Day. He's got a 3.97 GPA and will lead the Waccamaw defense. Much like Aynor, the Warriors will be in an underdog role against most of the region.
