Johnsonville'Justin Lewis has been dismissed from the Maryland football team for a violation of team rules. Lewis started 12 games on the offensive line for the Terps and was slated to be the starter at right guard in 2011.

"As with any organization there are policies which must be adhered to by all individuals and when they're not, there are consequences for an individual's actions," first year coach Randy EdsalI said in a news release.

Lewis was a 2007 WPDE All-Zone selection. He played in 24 career games for Maryland, starting 15.
