A lot of racing fans felt that Cale Yarborough should have been among the first two classes for NASCAR's Hall of Fame, but the third time was the charm. Yarborough and Darrell Waltrip headline a class that includes Dale Inman, Glen Wood and Richie Evans. The five legends will be inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte in January, 2012.
A 55 person panel met on Tuesday in Charlotte to cast their votes for the third Hall of Fame class. Yarborough was the top vote getter.
