Clemson will face UAB in NCAA Tournament

The Clemson Tigers (21-11) basketball team has been selected to play Alabama-Birmingham in an NCAA Tournament play-in game on Tuesday in Dayton, Ohio. The winner will play 5th seeded West Virginia on Thursday in the NCAA East Region.

Clemson has made it to the NCAA Tournament four straight years but have lost each of its past three opening round games.

Meanwhile, the 14th seeded Wofford Terriers will take on 3rd seeded Brigham Young in the opening round of the NCAA's on Thursday. Wofford won the Southern Conference Tournament.

UNC-Asheville, winners of the Big South Conference Tournament after beating Coastal Carolina, will take on Arkansas-Little Rock in a play-in game on Tuesday. Winner of that game will face top seeded Pittsburgh on Thursday.

The four top seeds at the NCAA's are: Ohio State, Kansas, Duke and Pitt.
