3-time Olympic gold medal winner Rowdy Gaines held a clinic at the North Myrtle Beach Aquatic and Fitness Center on Saturday. He signed autographs and swam in a relay meet with U.S. Masters competitors.
The 51-year old Gaines is still breaking records as a Masters swimmer. The Auburn graduate has been an analyst on the last four Olympics and is currently chief fundraiser for USA Swimming. He's also a spokesperson for LIMU, a company that makes wellness drinks.
