Breland's 18 leads No. 10 NCarolina to 75-51 win

(AP) -- MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (AP) - Jessica Breland had 18 points and 10 rebounds to lead No. 10 North Carolina to a 75-51 win over South Carolina on Sunday.  The Tar Heels (11-0) survived a sloppy first half to remain unbeaten and haven't lost in their annual December trip to Myrtle Beach in nine years.  North Carolina held South Carolina (5-5) to 31.7 percent shooting and below its average of 59 points a game. The Tar Heels turned the ball over 21 times - 17 in a sloppy first half.  Italee Lucas added 16 points and Waltiea Rolle had 14 points and 12 rebounds for North Carolina.  Marah Strickland led the Gamecocks with 18 points, while La'Keisha Sutton added nine points.
