Coastal Carolina quarterback Zach MacDowall threw the game-winning touchdown pass to Gerald Stevenson from Charleston Southern with 59 seconds to play as the South All-Stars beat the North All-Stars 13-12 in the FCS Senior Scout Bowl in Middletown, New York.

MacDowall completed 16 of 26 passes for nearly 200 yards and one touchdown. MacDowall took the South All-Stars on a 78 yard drive in the final minutes for the only offensive touchdown of the contest.

CCU teammate, safety Dominique Davenport made several key tackles including one tackle for loss that held the North squad to a field goal early in the game. Both Davenport and MacDowall are hoping their performances will help their stock in the upcoming NFL draft.
