Lamar's Goodson commits to Clemson

Clemson has cornered the market on 1A football stars in the Pee Dee.  Lake View High has sent New Orleans Saints linebacker Anthony Waters to Clemson as well as current Tigers linebacker Quandon Christian.  Clemson has also had a great relationshiop with the Lamar Silver Foxes.  It all started with Levon Kirkland, who went on to star in the NFL.  Current Dallas Cowboy Michael Hamlin made his mark in Death Valley.  Once again, the Tigers will have another Silver Fox on their roster.

BJ Goodson has given a verbal commitment to play for Dabo Swinney and Clemson.  Goodson gave his verbal after attending Clemson's loss to Miami on Saturday.  Goodson plays tight end and linebacker at Lamar.  He'll play defense in college.  Goodson has 85 tackles and four sacks this year for the undefeated Silver Foxes.  Goodson chose Clemson ove Coastal Carolina, Tennessee and LSU.
