Tuesday night, the Surfside Beach Dixie Juniors Baseball team beat West Seminole, Florida 6-4.

Surfside trailed 4-3 heading into the 6th inning. They scored three runs at the bottom of the 6th to take the lead.

Sam McKinney was the winning pitcher. He pitched two innings of relief and had an RBI single in the bottom of the 6th.

Surfside Beach will now play Petal, Mississippi for the World Series Championship in Dothan, Alabama.

Surfside Beach is undefeated in the tournament. The team beat the Mississippi team in round three, 7-0.

If Surfside wins Wednesday night's game which starts at 5pm Central, they'll win the World Series Championship. If they lose that first game, they'll play Mississippi again 30 minutes after the first game to decide the championship.
