Coastal Carolina held their annual Teal and Black spring game on Saturday at Brooks Stadium. The Black squad won the intra-squad scrimmage 9-3 over the Teal team before an estimated crowd of about 2,000 fans.

Chanticleers back-up quarterback Jamie Childers threw a touchdown pass to Myron Rogers for the only touchdown of the day. Late in the fourth quarter, Brian Harrison intercepted a Zach MacDowall pass to perserve the victory.

Myrtle Beach Mayor John Rhodes was honorary head coach of the winning Black team. The Chanticleers will hold one more two hour practice on Sunday at 3 p.m. to complete their spring schedule.
