He was cut twice by his high school baseball team at Stratford, but hard work paid off.  He eventually made his high school roster and went on to star at Francis Marion University.  Justin Greene was selected in the 20th round of the Major League Baseball draft by the Chicago White Sox earlier this summer.  He hit .303 with the Kannapolis Intimidators before being promoted to Winston Salem last weekend. He says his biggest thrill so far was earning a walk off of Atlanta Braves pitcher Tim Hudson in a game Sunday night in Myrtle Beach.
