The Green Bay Packers beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-25 to win Super Bowl XLV on Sunday night. Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was named Super Bowl MVP. He threw for 304 yards and 3 TD passes.

Pittsburgh linebacker Lawrence Timmons out of Wilson High in Florence was trying to win his second Super Bowl ring. He made three tackles including one tackle for loss for the Steelers.

Green Bay has won a record 13 world championships including four Super Bowls.
