The Big Shots basketball tournament is being held in the Myrtle Beach area this weekend. The mammoth four day show case event ends on Sunday.

345 teams will play a total of 552 games at fourteen locations during this massive tournament. Hundreds of college coaches have flocked to the Grand Stand to see the elite players.

North Carolina Tar Heels head coach Roy Williams, Virginia head coach Tony Bennett and Coastal Carolina head coach Cliff Ellis are just a few of the big names at the event.

The South Carolina Ravens AAU team has made it to the quarter-finals in the 17 age division. A 13-year old player from Columbia, South Carolina named Seventh Woods has so far stolen the show, playing against older players. Woods is in the 2016 recruiting class.

The Big Shots began seven years ago with only 19 teams in the field. It has now become one of the premiere high school basketball tournaments in the world.
