Jordan Lyles was promised just three major league starts when Wandy Rodriguez went on the disabled list.  After a second impressive performance in a no decision on Saturday night against the Atlanta Braves, the Astros have decided to keep Lyles in their starting five, moving Aneury Rodriguez to the bullpen and demoting Jeff Fulchino to AAA Oklahoma City.    Lyles is 0-1 with a 4.15 ERA in his first three starts.
