Hags Thoughts
The 2012 Waccamaw roster is young. Head Coach Tyronne Davis knows this is a rebuilding year. The Warriors will rely on conservative style football. They plan to run out of a two tight end set featuring RB Jeffron Smalls. Hunter "Big Country" Brininger will anchor the offensive and defensive lines. JD Whitlock will be the glue to helping Waccamaw improve on last year's 2-9 record.
Rich's Thoughts
The Warriors will open with a five game stretch (NMB, GSF, at Creek Bridge, at HP and at Timmonsville) where they can try and compete and get some confidence. The sophomores will get thrown into the fire - looking forward to see who will be the big contributors in Pawleys Island this fall.
