A two-car crash Monday morning around 8:45 a.m. disrupted traffic on Highway 501 at Fantasy Harbour Road near Myrtle Beach.
Highway 501 east bound was shut down for a period of time, but reopened about 9:30 a.m.
A witness says a car clipped another car and dragged it into the median.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol website, there are injuries involved.
