Store employee arrested for bomb threat at coastal grand mall

Myrtle Beach, SC (WPDE) - Myrtle Beach have made an arrest in connection with a bomb threat last week. On February 10, Myrtle Beach police responded to a bomb threat at the Sears store in the Coastal Grand Mall, according to a police report.

Police arrested Randi Gill, 49, of Myrtle Beach in connection to the incident.

A complainant told police that she went into the restroom and found a piece of toilet tissue on the sink with the words "bomb 1020" written on it, when she went to wash her hands.

Police conducted a search of the building with the complainant but found nothing out of the ordinary.

Randi Gill is charged with Making a Bomb Threat or Conveying False Information.
