Five pounds of pot found in traffic stop

Darlington County deputies stopped a truck on Interstate 20 about 11 a.m. Tuesday for following too close.

When deputies approached the car, they smelled a strong odor of marijuana.

They searched the car and found five pounds of pot in the truck

Deputies charged Darryl Bey, 36, of Newark, Delaware with Possession With Intent to Distribute Marijuana and no South Carolina driver's license.
