  In day four of her Olympic diary, Myrtle Beach's Amber Campbell speaks from the heart as she is about to take the world stage for the second time in her storied career.  Campbell will compete on Wednesday at 5am local time in the women's hammer throw.

Campbell is slated to throw 11th in Group A.  She will need to finish in the the top 12 among the two flights to advance to Friday's final.  A total of 37 women are competing in the women's hammer throw at London's Olympic Stadium.   Campbell finished 9th in her flight in Beijing and 21st overall in 2008, not reaching the finals four years ago.
