Three Myrtle Beach Pelicans baseball players have been picked on the Carolina League All-Star team. Pitchers Cody BuckelKyle Hendricks and Randy Henry will play for the Carolina League when they face the California League in an all-star game on Tuesday, June 19th, at Winston Salem's BB&T Ballpark.

The Pelicans 3.01 ERA is tops in the Carolina League. Buckel, 19, leads the league with a 1.42 ERA and 82 strikeouts. Hendricks has nine quality starts in 12 appearances. He has a 2.93 ERA. Henry has seven saves and a 0.31 ERA. He has allowed only one earned run and opponents are batting just .196 against the 6'3" right-hander.
