The Clemson Tigers lost to the Virginia Cavaliers 5-3 before a crowd of 3,129 fans at UVa Baseball Stadium on Sunday in Charlottesville, Virginia. Virginia's Derek Fisher went 2-for-2 and scored three times to lead the Cavaliers. Virginia swept the three game series. The loss drops Clemson's overall record to 11-11, 3-6 in the ACC.

The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers rallied from five runs down to beat the Albany Great Danes 12-8 and sweep the series at Watson Stadium before a crowd of 475 fans in Conway, South Carolina. CCU's Tucker Frawley led the comeback going 4-for-5 with three RBI. Daniel Bowman had three RBI and three runs scored. Coastal Carolina has won nine in a row. The Chants overall record is now 16-6.
