Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Ramon Sessions returned home to host his annual summer basketball camp. Youngsters are spending the week at Myrtle Beach High working on skills and fundamentals. Sessions has just completed his fourth NBA season with his third team, the Cleveland Cavaliers averaging a career best 13.3 points per game along with 5.2 assists a night.

Sessions was the target of many trade rumors on the night of the NBA Draft. After the Cavs selected Duke's Kyrie Irving with the #1 overall pick, Sessions became the third point guard in Cleveland behind Irving and Baron Davis. Sessions tells WPDE Sports that the Cavs were on the phone with numerous teams just hours before the NBA lockout began, but decided to wait until the labor deal is resolved before dealing him. Sessions mentioned three teams as possible targets: The Los Angeles Lakers, the New York Knicks and the Atlanta Hawks.
With the lockout expected to drag on through the summer, there's a great fear that the 2011/12 NBA season is in jeopardy. A number of NBA stars are already making plans to play overseas in Europe. Sessions says his agent has already gotten interest from Europe, but he thinks it's too early to make plans, hoping that the NBA season is not lost.
