CLASS 3A GIRLS QUARTERFINALS
MYRTLE BEACH 72 CRESTWOOD 49
The Myrtle Beach Seahawks have reached the 3A semifinals with a dominating 72-49 win over Crestwood. Two time WPDE Miss Hoop Zone Khadijah Sessions led the way with 25 points. Sessions hit a pair of three pointers to close out the first quarter and give the Lady Seahawks a 17-12 lead. Myrtle Beach started the second quarter with an 11-0 run and never looked back.

HARTSVILLE 86 DREHER 47
The Hartsville Red Foxes are on their way to the Citadel. Hartsville scored an 86-47 win over Dreher in the Midlands on Monday night. Jasmine Phillips had 35 points and Emily Jackson added 24. Hartsville will face Myrtle Beach on Saturday at 6pm.
CLASS 1A GIRLS QUARTERFINALS
TIMMONSVILLE 65 JOHNSONVILLE 34
The Timmonsville girls basketball team beat the Johnsonville Flashes 65-34 in a class 1A state quarter-final game on Monday night in Lake City. Sade Eli led the Whirlwinds with 26 points. Ashley McKithen added 15.
Timmonsville improves to a record of 26-0. Johnsonville's season ends with a 19-4 record. The Lady Whirlwinds advance to the 1A state semi-finals against the Rigeland/Burke winner next Saturday at 11 a.m. at The Citadel.
