What is the Honda Power of Dreams program?
Honda of Timmonsville is teaming up with WPDE Sports to spotlight top student athlete from every SCHSL and SCISA school in our viewing area.
Every Wednesday night on Newschannel 15 at 6pm and 7pm, WPDE Sports will profile a male and female athlete from an area high school. The athletes are nominated by athletic directors and will fill out an essay to be eligible for the Honda Power of Dreams Scholarship.
The Honda philanthropic board will choose 5 finalists for both boys and girls (10 total). WPDE Sports will do features on every finalst and present two winners with a scholarship.
