An Horry County Sex Offender is back behind bars after failing to register with the Horry County Sheriff's Office.

US Marshals in Charleston County arrested Larry Man Wilson, 46, Wednesday for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

Wilson last registered with the Horry County Sheriff's Office in May 2012, according to a press release from the sheriff's office.

If convicted, he faces a minimum of three years in prison.

Wilson is scheduled to be back in Horry County and at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center Thursday afternoon.
