Horry County police arrested a man they say brought a loaded gun to Myrtle Beach International Airport.

The airport spokesman said Byron Preston David tried to bring the gun through the airport security checkpoint about 8 a.m. Thursday.

David is charged with Weapons/Carry in a Restricted Area.
