Webster Douglas Williams, III, 54, of Myrtle Beach, was charged in a 4-count Indictment with Production and Possession of Child Pornography and transporting a minor across state lines for the purposes of engaging in sexual acts.

The maximum penalty Williams faces if convicted is 70 years imprisonment.
