A North Myrtle Beach man is in jail after a woman says she was sexually assaulted in her home.
On November 24, a woman, 42, came to the Myrtle Beach Police Department and said she was sexually assaulted in her home, according to a police report.
Samuel Thomas Gordon, 23, was arrested in connection to the assault.
He is being charged with Criminal Sexual Content, Kidnapping, and Possesion of a Weapon During a Violent Crime.
On the police report, it says there was a knife or cutting instrument involved in the crime.
Gordon is being held at the Myrtle Beach Jail on no bond.
