The Annual Murrells Inlet Oyster Roast, sponsored by HTC, is a creek-front tradition, and is a favorite for locals and visitors.

It's held in the parking lot at Spud's Waterfront Dining Restaurant. Oyster-eaters belly up to the tables for an all-you-can-eat afternoon feast of steamed oysters. Oysters will be served 11:30 pm - 2:30 pm on Saturday, November 17th.
