A Hemingway man died Saturday afternoon in a motorcycle crash on Solomon Circle, off Highway 261 in Williamsburg County. Deputy Coroner Vernell Fulton says the victim is Robert Hannah, 62.

Cpl. Bob Beres with Highway Patrol says Hannah was traveling west on Solomon Circle on his 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle when he ran off the right side of the road and hit a tree.

Hannah died at the scene. He was wearing a helmet.

Highway Patrol is investigating.
